Welcome to JupiterGoals. By using our website, claiming early access, registering an account, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Early Access & Continuous Deployment

You acknowledge that JupiterGoals is currently in an active Early Access phase with continuous feature deployment. The service is provided to help users achieve their goals.

  • No Warranty: The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible if bugs, outages, or errors cause you to lose data or progress.
  • Changes: We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, or mechanics at any time as the product evolves.

2. Health, Wellbeing & Safety

JupiterGoals is a planning and habit tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, nutritional, financial or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace a qualified professional.

  • Not a crisis service: No person reviews what you write and we cannot respond to an emergency. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line now.
  • Support links: Where the app suggests support services, they are run independently by third parties. We do not control or endorse their advice.
  • Your own limits: Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise or eating plan, especially if you have a health condition, an injury or are pregnant. Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness or distress. You choose whether and how to do each activity.
  • AI-written plans: Plans, suggestions and coach replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for you. Use your own judgement.
  • Goals we decline: We may decline to build a plan for a goal that could harm you or others, including disordered eating or self-harm.

3. Pledges & Stakes

Pledges are digital units you buy in the app. You can spend them on extra generations past your daily allowance, and, once stakes are available, stake them on a plan.

  • Not money: A pledge is a product unit, not currency. Pledges have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or withdrawn as money.
  • Stakes are optional: When a staked plan settles, your pledges come back in line with how much of the plan you did, and the rest are forfeited. Letting a goal go never forfeits them on the spot.
  • Fair use: Record your progress honestly. Gaming it only defeats the tool you are using.

4. Accounts, Early Access & Communication

By signing up for early access or registering an account, you consent to receiving essential onboarding guides, product updates, and service notifications. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JupiterGoals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
