• Changes: We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, or mechanics at any time as the product evolves.

2. Virtual Stakes & Accountability

JupiterGoals uses a gamified system to encourage consistency.

• Virtual Only: Any "Stakes," "Tokens," or "Credits" used within the app are strictly virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Psychological Mechanism: The "burning" or loss of tokens upon goal failure is a game mechanic designed for psychological motivation, not a financial penalty.
• Fair Play: You agree to provide honest verification evidence. Manipulating the system defeats the purpose of the tool.

3. Waitlist & Communication

By signing up for our waitlist, you consent to receiving emails regarding the product launch and your account status. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JupiterGoals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
